1.Scheduling & Resource Loading: Developing, updating, and maintaining project master schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. This involves setting up Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and resource loading (man-hours, materials, and machinery).

2.Progress Tracking & Reporting: Creating progress S-curves and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. They rely on Earned Value Management (EVM) to measure actual performance against the baseline.

3.Look-Ahead Planning & Mitigation: Designing short-term operational schedules (weekly/monthly) and flagging schedule deviations. They conduct delay analyses and propose recovery strategies to site teams and management.

4.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising continuously with Project Managers procurement teams, subcontractors, and clients to align supply chain delivery with site requirements.

5.To Manage project timelines, costs, and resources. He/she should act as the central nervous system of a project, connecting in office execution with corporate management to safeguard profitability and prevent costly delays.
