Create a plan to keep each customer based on their needs and loan stage.
Answer customers' questions about loan terms, interest rates, eligibility, or other concerns in a explicit and easy way.




Suggest other loan products or services that may be useful for the customer.
Support customers by making sure their needs and concerns are shared with the right team and handled quickly.
Collect customer feedback about their experience and share it with the concerned team to improve our services.
Achieve goals for customer retention, selling additional products, and customer satisfaction.
