Primary Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end ITIL Change Management process.
Review and authorize Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes.
Perform risk, impact, and business assessments.
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Network, and Application teams.
Manage change conflicts, schedules, and dependencies.
Monitor critical/high-risk changes.
Lead Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs).
Ensure audit and compliance requirements are met.
Track KPIs (Change Success Rate, Failed Changes, Emergency Changes, Backout Rate).
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Support Release Management and major project deployments.
