Role & responsibilities
Ensure compliance
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for inspection projects.
Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Track project milestones and deliverables, reporting progress to management and clients.
Collaborate with all stakeholders (internal & external) to focus on service delivery.
Delivering projects as per the scope, schedule and contract fees agreed
Ensure mobilization & de-mobilization of inspectors as per client requirement

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, science) is preferred with 05+ years of experience
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the inspection services.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset with proactive decision-making.
Team collaboration and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with inspection processes, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
