Roles and Responsibility

Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders for smooth operations.
Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in collections management or a related field.
Solid knowledge of collections principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Experience with collection software and technology is an advantage.
