Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, visualization, AI Integration and governance.
Provide technical leadership to BI/data teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Participate in solutioning, estimations, and technical roadmaps.

Data Engineering & Fabric
Design and build scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Data Engineering, Lakehouse).
Implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions.
Work with Delta Lake, Warehouse, and Real-Time Analytics components within Fabric.
Optimize data processing performance and cost efficiency.

Power BI Development
Develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports.




Design semantic models, DAX calculations, and performance tuning strategies.
Implement row-level security (RLS) and governance best practices.
Enable self-service BI and data democratization.

Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive workshops, solution discussions, and architecture reviews.

Team Management
Mentor and guide developers, analysts, and junior engineers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
Manage delivery timelines and ensure project success.
