Job Description: Key Responsibilities
Operations Optimization
Analyze existing operational workflows and identify areas for automation and efficiency improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Monitor operational performance and generate reports for management review.
AI & Automation Implementation
Identify and deploy AI tools and automation systems to streamline business processes.
Integrate AI-based solutions for tasks such as data analysis, reporting, customer communication, and documentation.
Work with internal teams to adopt AI-driven solutions effectively.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvement prospects.
Create dashboards and performance reports using data analytics tools.




System Management
Manage and maintain digital systems used for operations such as ERP, CRM, inventory, and workflow management tools.
Ensure proper system integration and smooth functioning across departments.
Cross-Department Coordination
Collaborate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to align operational processes.
Provide technical support and training to staff on recent systems and AI tools.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and automation tools relevant to business operations.
Recommend creative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
