We’re looking for a new-age video editor who loves both storytelling and new technology someone who enjoys working with AI-generated visuals and knows how to turn them into proper, watchable, emotional films.
This is not a job where you just cut footage, export, and move on.
This is for someone who can take messy, imperfect AI outputs and shape them into strong, cinematic stories.
What you’ll actually be doing:
Working daily with AI video tools like:
Veo 3, Sora, Kling, Runway (this is very important)
Using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve to:
Edit AI and real footage into high-quality, cinematic videos
Fix pacing, improve flow, and make scenes feel right emotionally
Add sound design, music, color grading, simple VFX and motion
Taking:
AI-generated clips
Rough scenes
Half-broken generations…and turning them into something that actually feels like a film or a story
Helping build the story flow and visual narrative even when we start only with prompts or rough ideas
You should understand:
Basics of framing, rhythm, emotion, continuity,
and visual storytelling
The difference between:
A video that just “looks cool”
And a video that actually makes people feel something
You likely already have:
Around 2–5 years of experience in video editing (agency, studio, or responsible content creation)
A portfolio that shows:
You can tell stories, not just cut clips
You have a cinematic eye
You’ve tried AI tools, current formats, or experimental styles
A working style where you:
Move fast
Try multiple versions
Care more about quality and impact than just finishing tasks
Valuable to have (but not compulsory):
Some experience with Blender, Unreal, 3D, or CGI
Some experience writing prompts for AI image/video tools
Curiosity for current formats, recent tools, and new ways of making videos
Important (Please read honestly):
If you:
Have not really worked with AI video tools
Or only do traditional editing with normal footage
