Role & responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to manage internal stakeholders effectively, ensuring timely delivery of all assigned deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related queries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Proven ability to handle query management processes while consistently adhering to established SLA timelines.
Collaborate with HR Shared Services and cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding workflows and enhance employee experience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in onboarding practices, leveraging feedback and data insights.
Support the implementation and optimization of HR Information Systems (HRIS) with a focus on onboarding modules.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure seamless integration with payroll and other HR functions.
Provide support for emergency HR operations as needed, including on-call responsibilities.
Uphold organizational values including accountability, equality, and safeguarding in all onboarding interactions.




Take ownership of recent responsibilities or objectives assigned by HR leadership.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in human resource management or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, with at least 1 year focused on onboarding and people management.
Experience working in international environments (Americas, LATAM, EU, UK, SA, Kenya preferred).
Familiarity with HRIS systems and experience in data migration and process reviews.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and SLAs related to onboarding.
Self-motivated and deadline-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable:
Experience in global onboarding processes
Background in BPO or shared services HR operations
Robust skills in MS Excel are required.
Experience with PowerPoint will be considered an advantage.
