Required Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of mechanical design, fabrication, sheet metal, structures, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
Understanding of refrigeration, HVAC, thermal systems, insulation, or cold chain applications will be an advantage.
Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Ability to prepare detailed drawings, BOMs, layouts, and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Practical understanding of manufacturing constraints, material selection, and cost optimization.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced workplace.
Good communication and coordination skills.
