Position Title: FP&A; Lead

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Department: Finance

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview:

The FP&A; Lead will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role ensures accurate financial insights, variance analysis, and performance tracking to enable business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across all business units.
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and provide actionable insights on liquidity management.
Build financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
Assess financial impact of various projects and large customer orders, including ROI and payback analysis.
Work closely with business leaders to manage the profitability of different business segments, product lines, and manufacturers.
Assess ROI of different spends (marketing, capex, operational investments) to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Drive cost initiatives across departments to improve efficiency and reduce overheads without compromising quality.
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to monitor inventory levels, optimize working capital,



and assess financial impact of inventory management decisions.
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
Partner with business leaders to align financial plans with operational goals.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and prospects.
Drive automation and process improvements in FP&A; workflows.
Support CFO in board presentations, investor reporting, and strategic reviews.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate governance standards.
Manage and mentor the FP&A; team to build capabilities and ensure high performance.

Required Qualifications:
CA / MBA in Finance or equivalent.
812 years of experience in FP&A;, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Robust analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., D365) and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Team management skills
