We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, research, qualify, and convert potential customers into business prospects. The ideal candidate should have robust research skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Search for potential customers through various online sources, including company websites, business directories, LinkedIn, social media platforms, industry databases, and other lead-generation tools.
Research prospects and gather relevant information such as contact details, company size, industry, decision-makers, and business requirements.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they match the companys target customer profile.
Reach out to prospects through emails, phone calls, LinkedIn messages, and other communication channels to generate interest in our products or services.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities.
Schedule meetings,



demos, or consultations for the sales team with interested prospects.
Follow up regularly with leads and nurture relationships to improve conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of all lead-generation activities in CRM systems and databases.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.

Requirements:
Robust internet research and prospecting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve targets.
Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, business development, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
