Role & responsibilities
Developing and implement supply chain strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships to ensure quality and compliance
Overseeing inventory levels, warehousing, and transportation to ensure on-time delivery.
Developing contingency plans for disruptions, shortages, or quality issues.
Establish and maintain the control plan and inspection instructions on the production line / incoming material.
To ensure the in-process inspection at different stages of process and final stages.
Make sure the finished goods confirm to final product requirement.
Target setting for process quality, Monitoring & Follow-up for improvement.
Coordinate with vendors to solve the quality problem and smooth supply of the material
Manage Quality Issues with Customers / Vendor on different aspects on daily basis.
Evaluate Vendor performance / on time delivery and quality




Improve our product quality continuously from the view of quality system.
Performing Layer process audit at Vendor site.
Participation in customer Audit related to plant Quality & closure of the nonconformance.
Improve the process quality by Implementations of quality systems procedures related to plant quality.

Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.

Preferred candidate profile
EXPERIENCE: 5 to 10 Year
PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS: Self Starter / Know Plant operation, SCM and Industrial quality standards
SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS: Vendor development, Quality Management and supply chain Management.
QUALIFICATION: Diploma or B. Tech Mechanical
