Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and site requirements.
Manage and supervise all in office activities including finishing work, civil & interior structures.
Lead, coordinate, and monitor the performance of contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure timely execution of work as per the defined timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure design intent is followed.
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Manage procurement and inventory of materials required on site.
Handle escalations, solve on-ground problems,
and provide productive project delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in interior fit-out, structural execution, and project management.
Solid technical knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and finishing standards.
Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
