Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective telecalling strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
