Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in collections management or a related field.
Solid knowledge of collections principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Experience with collection software and technology is an advantage.
