We are looking for an experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Manager with a robust understanding of creator ecosystems, influencer selection, campaign execution, and performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard influencers and content creators based on brand fit, audience relevance, and engagement quality.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from discovery and outreach to execution and reporting.
Analyze creator performance, audience insights, and campaign metrics to drive business outcomes.
Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator networks.
Track campaign effectiveness and ROI through data-driven insights and analytics.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Creator Partnerships.
Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Expertise in influencer discovery, campaign management, audience analytics, and ROI tracking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
