Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Target potential clients through thorough market research.
Qualify leads through cold calls and personal visits.
Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine targeting strategies.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads through the sales pipeline.
Conduct initial qualification of leads to ensure alignment with company services and solutions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services to prospects through personal visits.
Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
Build and maintain solid relationships with potential clients.
Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and challenges.




Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including key metrics and outcomes.
Collaborate with the sales team to analyze and improve lead generation strategies.

Requirements:
Experience: Upto 1 Year
Proven experience as a lead generator or similar role in the IT industry.
Robust understanding of IT services and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
