Techgen Cyber Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various technical and non-technical roles. Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare offer letters and assist with employee onboarding activities.
Stay updated on hiring trends, recruitment strategies, and industry best practices.

Requirements
1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition,



or human resources.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, and similar platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience hiring for IT, software development, cybersecurity, digital marketing, or technical roles.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is a plus.
Experience handling bulk hiring and campus recruitment is an added advantage.
