Position: Manager Finance and Accounts

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 9+ years

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Management/ Commerce or relevant firld/ CA
Review of plant financials on monthly basis and consolidation.
Review of cash flow and fund requirement of units
Improvise working capital management through regular monitoring, allocation of limits of all units, explore recent products like channel financing, Factoring and other creative products
Timely completion of all banking compliances pertaining to RBI, ROC etc and implementing new initiatives.
Obtain NOC and completing any other documentations with bankers/lenders
Explore recent products like factoring to de-risk business
Implementing E-payments in STIL across all units, implementation of various CMS services across STIL, negotiating with banks on various charges, terms interest rates etc.
Various initiative and implementation of digitization of various finance documents, invoices, atomization, process implementation etc.
Preparing CMA Projections for rating agencies and banks
Provide all the necessary information and data to banks/Rating Agencies with help of Team




Liaoning with rating agencies for the quarterly and yearly surveillance of STIL.
Preparing Peer Analysis of other Textile Companies to be done and presenting to the management reasons of under/over performance
Work closely with businesses/SBU to get updates on the businesses and help them in making strategy plans and financial projections
Various time bound analysis as desired by senior management from time to time.
Managing the American Silk Mills Commercially MIS reporting Coordination
Preparation of Note on Operations
