Job Purpose:
· The role would be instrumental in:
· Policy modification of KCC to align with industry offerings
· Driving the KCC business
· Support to business team in Operational issues
· Compliance of policies and regulatory guidelines related to product.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Policy and Process: Execution - Updation of existing policies & Processes and formulate recent policy
parameters and manage processes for KCC
· Managing Operational issues.
· Analytics: Automation of business MIS.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Compliance of policies and regulatory guidelines related to product
Key Success Metrics:
· Business volumes under product, Operational management of processes etc
· Digital adoption, Process and MIS Automation.
