Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITAM expert with robust experience in managing hardware and software asset lifecycle using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage ServiceNow ITAM modules - HAM & SAM
Maintain accurate asset lifecycle, compliance, and reconciliation
Handle software license management and optimization
Integrate asset data with CMDB and procurement systems
Support audits and ensure license compliance

Required Skills:
Solid experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM)
Hands-on with asset lifecycle management and reconciliation
Valuable understanding of IT assets, contracts, and licensing models
ServiceNow ITAM certification is a plus
