Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain Ion Chromatography instruments (e.g., Metrohm, Dionex, Thermo Scientific).
Prepare and analyze samples for cations and anions in various matrices (e.g., water, pharmaceuticals, food).
Develop, validate, and optimize IC methods in accordance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Perform system suitability testing, calibration, and routine maintenance of IC equipment.
Troubleshoot instrumentation and method-related issues to ensure consistent data quality.
Document all work clearly and accurately in laboratory notebooks, logbooks, and LIMS.
Interpret, report, and review results for accuracy, precision, and compliance.
Follow Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable.
Participate in internal audits, instrument qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and proficiency testing.
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments as needed.
