Job Summary

The IT Intern will assist the technical team in day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, software support, and basic development or networking tasks. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real projects, technical tools, and corporate IT processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Support website, software, or application testing activities.
- Help manage system updates, installations, and configurations.
- Assist in data management, backups, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the technical team on ongoing projects.
- Monitor IT equipment and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support cybersecurity and system maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports and maintain technical documentation.




- Learn and adapt to company technologies and workflows.

Required Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Diploma, or related IT/Computer Science course.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and software applications.
- Knowledge of MS Office, internet tools, and troubleshooting basics.
- Familiarity with programming languages or web technologies is a plus.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team setting.
