We are looking for passionate Sales professionals to be part of our Sales Team.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Apartment / real estate Sales

Experience Area:
In high-rise residential sales within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide project information.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-rise residential sales in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication,



negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
- MBA/ Degree

Location: Thiruvananthapuram

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
