About the Role

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage our day-to-day logistics, shipment tracking, and basic billing workflows. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily tracking system—ensuring every single package is accounted for, booked correctly, logged accurately in Excel, and invoiced without errors.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment Booking & Booking Management: Hand over, schedule, and book all daily outgoing shipments through our logistics partners and dashboards.

Daily Excel Logging: Maintain a meticulous, real-time master Excel sheet. Accurately enter tracking IDs, client details, weight, destinations, and shipment statuses on a day-to-day basis.

Invoicing & Billing: Generate and raise accurate invoices for processed shipments based on the day's dispatch log. Ensure billing amounts match the weight and slab rates correctly.

End-to-End Tracking: Monitor shipment statuses daily from dispatch to successful delivery. Proactively flag delays, transit issues,



or delivery failures to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent basic business/administration knowledge is preferred).

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Data entry, basic formulas like SUM/AVERAGE, sorting, filtering, and keeping sheets clean/organized).

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in entering alphanumeric data (like long tracking numbers and invoice amounts) without typos.

Consistency: Ability to manage repetitive daily tasks efficiently and meet end-of-day dispatch deadlines.

Language: Valuable communication skills in English and basic conversational proficiency in Kannada or Hindi to coordinate with logistics partners.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dasarahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
