Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Manager to manage customer relationships throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from enquiry to registration.

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM software.
- Follow up with prospective customers and schedule site visits.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Documentation, and Registration teams.
- Track leads and monitor the sales pipeline.
- Assist customers with documentation, agreements, and registration processes.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Sales Coordination,



or Administration.
