Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra,
- website, etc.).
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory details.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order fulfilment and timely dispatch.
- Optimize product visibility using SEO, keywords, promotions, and ads
- Analyse product performance, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify
- trends and improvement areas.
- Track returns, wrong product claims, and customer complaints raised on
- marketplaces.
- Coordinate with the customer support and warehouse team for quick resolution.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Commerce preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of major e-commerce portals and dashboard operations.
- Robust analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, marketplace algorithms, and digital marketing is a plus.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
