We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, ensure equipment operates efficiently, and build strong customer relationships through qualified service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults.
- Respond promptly to service calls and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct equipment testing and performance verification after repairs.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
- Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.




- Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or IT field.
- Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support (preferred).
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems (depending on the industry).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work at customer locations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
