We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
- Assist with other HR-related activities as assigned.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of Recruitment and HR processes.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
