- Develop and maintain relationships with IT companies, recruiters, and HR professionals.
- Generate placement opportunities for students through job postings and employer outreach.
- Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and campus recruitment activities.
- Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills.
- Share relevant job openings with eligible students and track applications.
- Follow up with employers regarding interview feedback and hiring status.
- Maintain placement records, MIS reports, and student databases.
- Coordinate with trainers to identify placement-ready students.
- Organize mock interviews, aptitude tests, and career guidance sessions.
- Achieve monthly placement targets and ensure student satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
