Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing and self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and has a proven track record in digital marketing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- You will be required to meet prospects in person and close sales.




- Identify and target new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, calls).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
