Job Description:

The Artificial Intelligence Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI strategies and projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking. The Artificial Intelligence Lead will work closely with cross- functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the AI team in developing and deploying AI models and algorithms.
- Define the AI strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end AI project life cycle, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate relevant innovations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Manage the AI team’s resources, budget, and timelines.
- Communicate AI project progress and insights into executive leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Must have team leading experience.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.




- Experience with AI development frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience in managing and leading technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Knowledge of AI ethics and regulatory considerations.
- Should be prompt with ML, Prompt Engineering and AI Models
- Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Publications or contributions to AI research.
- Understanding of ISO Standards: Knowledge of relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 27001
and 27701) and their application in the workplace.
