We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to drive sales and business growth for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client relationships, conducting site visits, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads through various channels including references, digital platforms, brokers, and direct marketing.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain solid customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors to increase business opportunities.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales/business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales processes.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and close high-value deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
