Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, objects, products, and promotional content.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, software advancements, and industry best practices.
- Identify market trends, customer voice, and competitive landscape to develop compelling concepts.
- Edit and improve animation timing, motion flow, transitions, and overall visual quality.
- Support branding projects, campaign concepts, and creative executions across multiple client accounts.
- Create visually engaging and compelling stories, understanding of platforms, and grasp of culture to solve branding and marketing problems for a variety of brands through visual design and concepts.
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.
- Be innovative while working within brand guidelines, templates, and the creation of layouts, presentations, and design styles.
- Work with a copywriter as a partner, but occasionally function independently. Manage time effectively to meet the demands of multiple projects.
- Responsible for content across all mediums, including social media posts, videos, advertisements, presentations, and micro-content.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Responsible for the timely delivery of the required number of creatives for online and offline platforms.
- Create high-quality visual designs, social media creatives,



marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, banners, and promotional content.
- Develop realistic and stylized character movements, expressions, and animation sequences.
- Work closely with the design, content, marketing, and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Assist senior designers and creative team members in executing design and animation projects.

Qualifications & Skills

- Knowledge of software such as Blender, Maya, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience working in an advertising agency, branding agency, or creative studio will be an added advantage.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design, branding, visual communication, and creative concepts.
- 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering will be an added advantage.
- 3D animation principles, motion graphics, compositing, and visual storytelling.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong visual aesthetic sense.
- Passion to advertising and marketing communications creation.
- Positive communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional creative environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
