- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Support the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve system capabilities and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to order management, pricing, and billing.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Materials Management and Finance.
- Skilled in analyzing business workflows and translating them into technical specifications for software development.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
