- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Attend inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
- Generate leads and coordinate with the sales and service teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Follow up on pending inquiries, missed appointments, and customer feedback.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, service reminders, and current vehicle launches.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Meet daily call targets and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Calling Executive, Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role. Experience in the automobile industry will be preferred.
- Gender: Female Preferred.
- Location: Bareilly or willing to relocate.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
