Job Title: Fabrication Operator / Fabricator

Job Purpose

To manufacture sheet metal components as per engineering drawings by performing fabrication processes while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform sheet metal fabrication activities such as cutting, punching, bending, drilling, tapping, grinding, and welding (if applicable).
- Operate fabrication machines safely and efficiently.
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, measuring tape, etc.).
- Ensure fabricated parts meet quality specifications.
- Report any machine breakdown, defects, or material shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain daily production records.
- Follow 5S, housekeeping, and safety practices.
- Minimize material wastage and rework.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Store departments.
- Follow company rules, SOPs, and quality standards.

Department: Assembly
Job Title: Assembly Operator / Assembly Technician

Job Purpose





To assemble electrical distribution boxes/panels as per engineering drawings and work instructions while ensuring quality, safety, and timely production.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble sheet metal and electrical components according to approved drawings and BOM.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures correctly.
- Verify the correct parts before assembly.
- Ensure proper fitment, alignment, and fastening of components.
- Conduct visual inspection and basic functional checks before forwarding to the next process.
- Report damaged or missing materials to the supervisor.
- Maintain production and assembly records.
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
- Coordinate with the Fabrication, Powder Coating, Quality, and Store departments.
- Meet daily production targets with minimum rejection and rework.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
