- Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally
- Verify customer information and update records

- Work closely with your Team Leader to achieve daily targets

What We're Looking For

- Excellent English communication skills




- Customer Support/BPO experience is preferred (Freshers with strong communication can also apply)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
