Job Description – Marketing Assistant (Agriculture Office)

Position: Marketing Assistant
Industry: Agriculture (Retail & Wholesale)

Key Responsibilities

- Support the marketing and sales of agricultural products in retail and wholesale markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Promote agricultural products through direct marketing, digital platforms, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-up activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, field demonstrations, and promotional events.
- Maintain records of inventory, product availability, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.




- Support social media and other marketing activities to increase brand awareness.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- BSC Agriculture
- Experience in agricultural retail or wholesale marketing is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
