Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be customer-focused, and possess a proven ability to generate sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and site visits.
- Handle customer inquiries and explain project features and pricing.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Must possess a customer-oriented approach.
