We are hiring a Designer - Assistant Manager in Ahmedabad.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Jewellery Designer / ASD (ASST DESIGN MANAGER) with 10+ years of expertise in ANTIQUE GOLD jewellery design AND MANUFACTURING. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills with proven experience in managing and mentoring a design team. This role requires a deep understanding of design aesthetics, craftsmanship, and market trends, along with the ability to deliver commercially successful collections.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of jewellery designers to achieve design excellence
Create high-quality DESIGNS for Necklaces, Earrings, Bangles and other jewellery pieces




Oversee the entire design lifecycle from concept development to final production
Collaborate with CAD designers and karigars to ensure accurate execution of designs
Understand client briefs and translate them into cutting-edge and market-relevant designs
Review and approve designs to ensure quality, feasibility, and brand alignment
Stay updated with global jewellery trends, materials, and consumer preferences
Drive current collection development and introduce fresh design concepts
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining design standards
