Key Responsibilities :

Employee Relations:
Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations, providing guidance, and promoting a positive work environment.

Onboarding:
Onboarding of current joiners and cultural assimilation within the team.
Collaborate with HRBP to support workforce planning and talent

acquisition strategies.

Performance Management:
Support performance management processes by providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
Assist in coaching managers and employees on performance improvement plans.

Training and Development:
Collaborate with the L&D; team to identify training needs and help organize training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.




Assist in talent development initiatives to prepare employees for growth opportunities within the organization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives.
Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards for management.

Employee Engagement:
Support HRBP in initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture.
Participate in surveys, feedback sessions, and action plans to address employee concerns.
Implementation of organizational policies

Benefits and Compensation:
Assist in administering benefits programs and addressing employee inquiries regarding compensation and advantages.
