Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and optimize plastic processing parameters for Injection Moulding.
Set and standardize process parameters to achieve desired quality, cycle time, and cost efficiency.
Troubleshoot process-related issues such as defects, material flow problems, and machine inefficiencies.
Implement process improvements to reduce rejection, wastage, and downtime.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams for smooth operations.
Conduct trials for recent moulds, materials, and process changes.
Prepare and maintain process sheets, SOPs, control plans, and work instructions.
Required Skills:
Logical thinking.
Organizing.
Positive in communication.
Required Qualification: - Any Engineering
Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
