Job Description:
Should be apt in analysing capex proposal/ projects from tehno – commercial point of view to ensure right kind of ROI on each and every capex.
Should be capable of raising of funds on cost effective manner through various channels including banks/ Institution/ private equity/ venture capital / bonds etc. both from domestic and international market.
Cash & Fund flow management to ensure productive utilisation of funds.
Capable of robust working capital management including inventory and receivable management.
Should be well versed with FEMA , RBI and other banking regulations.
Should be apt in preparation of DPR and other documents as required by banking and investor fraternity.
Should be excellent in Excel working and presentation.
Position - DGM / GM – Banking and Project Finance
Qualification – CA / MBA from premium Institute with 15 year of post qualification experience
