Assistant Site Engineer - Construction Site JD
Position/Designation:- Assistant Site Engineer
Experience:- 5-6yrs as a Site Engineer In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building construction, Full Building finishing work.
Qualification:- Diploma /Degree in Civil Engineering
Job Location:- Currently in Kolkata
Availability(optional):- Staying near Kolkata Location & has own Bike
Role & Responsibility:-

*Site execution, carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any contractor or subcontractors

*Quantity Calculation as per estimation, check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations

*Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications

*Estimation of the entire project including materials & work quantities.

*Make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.

*Manage, monitor, and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or Architect/Consultant





*Communicate with Contractor and their representatives & Project Coordinator, Architects, Engineers, and Surveyors, including arranging meetings to keep them informed of progress.

*Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

*Plan the work and efficiently Create work Schedule and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines

*Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site

*Prepare reports as required

*Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

*Liaising with locals

*Proficiency in site layout

Required Skills
AutoCAD knowledge
Robust communication, coordination and teamwork skills
Positive analytical, organisational and problem-solving ability
Computer proficiency and attention to detail
Basic project management capability
Flexibility for Rostar Duties.
Method of Selection:- Written Test / Interview.
