Responsibilities:
Plan and execute elevator installation projects from site readiness to final handover
Coordinate with clients, consultants, civil contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare and manage project schedules, material planning, and manpower allocation.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
Resolve site level issues related to drawing mismatches, shaft readiness, or material shortages.
Supervise subcontractors and technicians to meet installation targets and deadlines.
Maintain documentation including project progress reports, inspection checklists, and handover records.
Track project budgets and control cost overruns through effective resource planning.
Liaise with testing & commissioning teams and ensure statutory compliance for handover.
Requirements:
B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
5+ years in elevator project management
Solid leadership and coordination abilities
Experience in home lift segment preferred
