Responsibilities:
Capturing, analyzing and documenting business process
Participating in the designing of solutions or change interventions.
Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement.
Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication
Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting.
Assisting in the implementation of solutions
Experience & Skills:
Technical data knowledge
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive with positive organizational skills and forward planning
JIRA/Agile delivery exp, Scrum master
Scrum certification is desirable.
