We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in AWS, DevOps, and AI-assisted development. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, from architecture to deployment, and leading the development of a scalable SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of a multi-tenant SaaS platform (Job Portal + ATS + CRM)
Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs
Develop frontend interfaces for web applications
Set up and manage AWS infrastructure (Dev/Test/Prod settings)
Implement DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, scaling)
Optimize performance, cost, and system reliability on AWS
Integrate AI tools for code generation, resume parsing, and matching engines
Ensure data security, compliance, and system uptime
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Lead / mentor a small development team (if applicable)

Key Skills Required
Strong experience in Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend)
Hands-on expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS/PostgreSQL, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM)
Experience in DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, deployment automation)
Knowledge of scalable SaaS architecture (multi-tenant systems)




Experience in API development & integrations (REST, third-party APIs)
Exposure to AI/ML tools, LLM integration, or AI-assisted coding
Strong understanding of database design (PostgreSQL preferred)
Familiarity with system performance optimization & cost control on AWS
