Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Analyse production capacity and plan accordingly.
Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
Prepare Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
Track production performance and prepare MIS reports.
Identify production bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with suppliers for material availability.
Maintain production documentation and records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
